Day Zero - The Demolition

We rose to the challenge of doing some of the demolition ourselves: removal of carpet, carpet padding, laminate flooring, tile, countertops, cabinets, and appliances. Betsy and Rob helped out immensely.

The fun of busting out our own recently-discovered tile. (It was hidden beneath Pergo laminate flooring)

We discovered the floor had been replaced at least twice - and under the countertop we found a letter dated from 1964...
